Perhaps, ‘winning’ is in his genes! At BITS Pilani, he surpassed all his contemporaries by securing gold in academics, and continued by being a gold medallist at IIM-Calcutta too. Director at McKinsey, he is the founder of the company’s 250-strong global functional Centers of Competence and has worked in 3 continents, with clients of 13 different countries. His talks at industry forums often mesmerise the audience and he has been on the jury for several awards (JSW Earthcare awards). Rajat is passionate about sustainability – he is one of the authors in the McKinsey edited book – Reimaging India and has written a McKinsey Global Institute report on inclusive growth. He is also serving as the Board of Director for Childline.
