BGM 2017 Event Registration

Thank you for your interest in BGM 2017. ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED. 

If you would still like to attend the event, Passes can be purchased on-site on the 6th of January 2017 at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus

Thanks to all BITSians who registered during the early bird period. Planning to come to Dubai? Spread the message to your batch mates and get them to also join the fun at BGM 2017.

The registration fee includes:

• High Tea on Jan 5th
• Lunch on Jan 6th and 7th
• Gala Dinner and Entertainment on Jan 6th
• Arabian Nite on Jan 7th
• Local transportation from hotels to conference/dinner venues and back on all three days

The registration does NOT include:

• Air tickets and/or visa
• Hotel accommodation
• Local sightseeing
• Anything else not mentioned in the inclusion list above

We have arranged preferred rates with partner hotels in Dubai. Watch this page for regular updates.

Best rates for sight seeing and local tours for accompanying spouses or group members have also been arranged. Watch this page for regular updates
